A trust deed in it's final form as Debottar Trust executed. Swamiji vested all the Belur Math properties in a board of trustees consisting of Raja Mj., Baburam mj, Shivanandaji, Sarat mj, Gangadhar mj, Sarada mj, Shashi mj, Advaitanandaji, Subodh mj, Kali mj and Hari mj.
